When you ask me to do your reception, I will send you a package that will contain a contract, a wedding planner, and a sample sheet of songs to look over.

I will ask you to read and sign the contract and send it back to me right away with the deposit that is required to lock in your Wedding date.
You will also need to set up an appointment to come to my office so we can meet in person. If you are using a Wedding Coordinator, I will also need to meet with that person. There, we will all go over the rest of your paper work and fill it out together.

We will fill in all the blanks with the names of every one in your Wedding Party, the names of your parents and any other special people that may need to be mentioned on that special day.
Then we will choose all your special songs from my music catalog here at the office. You can also listen to any songs you may want to hear before making your final decisions.

You will decide how you want your Reception to flow by choosing what things you want to happen first and so on.

Together, we will make YOUR Wedding Reception the EVENT of your LIVES!
